our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed same day if ordered before 12pm PST. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays, some are delivered on weekends.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic shipping method: USPS, UPS or FedEx
Shipment cost: $8.99 USD or Free shipping to the contiguous U.S. on orders $100 or more.
Estimated delivery time: 1 - 5 business days
International shipping method: Major international carriers UPS, FedEx, DHL and APC
Shipment cost: $15 - $35 USD
Estimated delivery time: 5 - 10 business days

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

PNW Components ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. International tracking may take 1-2 business days to become active.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

PNW Components covers customs and taxes applied to your order.

Damages

PNW Components is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you encounter any shipping issues please contact us right away so we can assist with replacement products and/or filing claims. Please take pictures of damaged packaging and products when applicable.
